The data records will be displayed in list format with the following headings
The information can be sorted according to Customer-ID, Name (First name), Date of birth or City. These alternatives are available from the 'Search' menu field. By allocating up to two independent group names the data record display can be sub-divided so that when a group name is selected only the related data records are displayed.
Right click in the customer list to display a function menu to hide or show the data columns 'Group 1', 'Group 2' or 'City'.
As soon as the first character is entered the search for corresponding entries will begin. When searching according to date of birth entry of the full date is required.
