You can assign goal values in a list for choosen parameters, which assist the active health monitoring and form the quantitative base for the „Follow-Up" report. The set goal value ist marked in the report "Follow up" as green goal line:

This Prognosis is only an approximation, which adopts a continuous change. Influences of unfavourable measurement conditions or false measurements can not be excluded.
The goal values can be set individually in the table:

With the switch <New Goal Value> a new line with actual date will be added. In the column "Goal Values" you can choose the parameter for the goal. Only those parameter will be displayed, for which at least one measurement value exists.

After parameter selection the last measurement value and the optimum value will be displayed.
The preselection is an improvement of max. 10% towards the optimum, within the next 12 weeks. The Goal Value (resp. Change Value) and the time range (resp. Goal Date) can be individually changed. To change the values you can select the respective fields with a mouse click or cursor keys.
All changed lines will be marked with a * in the first field. After pressing the <Save> button all the changes of the goal table will be set. Anyway you get a message for unsaved data when leaving the register.
To avoid drastic Goal Values you will get a message at a change of more than 10% in 12 weeks. You should careful think about if you should accept such a drastic value or correct the value.

There will also be a message at an increasing health risk. You should careful think about if you should accept or correct the value.

A chosen line can be removed from the goal list with the button <Delete Goal Value>.
