Loading Schemata after WHO or BAL
WHO-Schemata (World Health Organisation) for untrained persons with probably low performance:
- Start loading: 25 Watt
- Load increase every 2 min on 25 Watt (15 Watt for very weak persons possible)
BAL-Schemata (Bundes-Ausschuss-Leistungssport) for probably high-performance persons:
- Start loading: at least 50 Watt
- Load increase every 3 min on 50 Watt
