The changeable report texts are located as RTF files in the program folder (e.g. C:\ProgramFiles or at MS-Vista C:\ProgramData) under MedServ\GMon\src:

You can change the texts "RepSpecial??.rtf" for instance with WordPad or MS-Word. All lines in the text which start with the @-sign are command lines to choose the following text depending on the actual customer data. Please be careful changing those. But the other text can be changed as you like it.
Furthermore you can create your own report variants besides the base report "Special with Assessment". Therefore you save the changed file of the actual language under a new name by adding the wanted report name (e.g. "RepSpecialTextEn_Winter_Action.rtf"). After closing the text editor and new start of the Health Monitor the new report variant "Special Winter Action" appears in the report list after "Special with Assessment".
